Pastor Rebecca was born and raised in Walterboro, SC and received her Bachelor’s degree from Newberry College in 2012. She served on Lutheridge summer staff as a counselor, senior staff and Care leader. Between college and seminary, Pastor Rebecca served in ELCA’s Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) program in Malaysia. She graduated from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia (now United Lutheran Seminary) in 2017 and has served congregations in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and South Carolina. Pastor Rebecca loves running, playing soccer, reading sci-fi (particularly Neil Gaiman), and watching Ted Lasso.
